High Tide

High tide is the best, the dolphins are so much closer to me :)

Thoughts

Last night I lay in bed, toes cold, not falling asleep for some time. One series of funny thoughts ran through my head that I thought I should write down. So here goes.


The (Guaranteed?) Method to Fall Asleep in Under Ten Minutes:


Ingredients
One tablet of melatonin
One glass of red wine
One glass of warm milk
A nice chunk of thanksgiving turkey


Take the melatonin with your warm milk. Eat your turkey while drinking the wine. Enjoy. Stumble into your embracing bed and prepare to be dominated by sleep.


I have no idea if this will work or if it will just cause general nausea. There's only one way to find out.
